Your order is very important to us. Every effort will be made to process your order quickly and accurately. We strive to ensure our product photos are true color and that our descriptions are accurate but if you need an exact match, please send a sample. Minimum fabric cut is ½ yard.
Payment
We accept Discover, Visa and MasterCard. If you prefer not to provide your credit card information online, you may call us at 513-947-9977. If you wish to pay by check; your order will ship when your check clears the bank.
Shipping
We charge you actual shipping cost. We have estimated shipping on all orders, so you have an idea of what your shipping will be, but they are only estimates. We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS). Insurance is
available for any order, and is encouraged. If you want insurance please state your wishes in the comment section.
All orders $100 or more will automatically have insurance added to your total cost.
We ship Priority Mail.
Priority Mail usually arrives within 2-4 days.
Overnight shipping is available at your request.

Refunds
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds on cut fabric. However, if you accidentally receive the wrong item, or the fabric was inadvertently sent to you with manufacturer flaws, we will gladly correct the error, at our expense. Books and patterns are not returnable. Notions may be returned up to 30 days provided they are in their original package and in sellable condition. Customer pays for return shipping and credit will be issued for returned item.
